The item must be in re-saleable condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during a sale or on promotion.
Returns are accepted for items purchased online and in-store, provided they meet the conditions above. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
